about // what to expect
My goal from day one is to get to know YOU. What you love about each other. What you want to remember about your big day. How you want it to feel.
I focus on documenting your connection through light, composition, and movement. Knowing you as a couple is the most important piece to creating beautiful images that showcase that connection.
If you're looking for a loud, outgoing photographer to run the show on your wedding day, I might not be the right fit.
My approach is more like a fly on the wall, observing, catching the moments you might not even see. My primary purpose is to document, to photograph with intention, and be a gentle presence on what can be a stressful day.
When it comes to your wedding day, I want to give you space to really be present and embrace your feelings.
about // the photographer
I’ve been in love with photographing people for as long as I can remember. I’m one of eight kids, so I learned early on the importance of documenting your moments: big and small.
I find so much inspiration in earth tones, strong community, film, foggy landscapes, intimate dinners over candlelight, honesty, heavy winds and tangled hair, and music.
My favorite things other than photography are popcorn made on the stove served with a glass of wine, my dog Chester, baking, watching movies under a really comfy blanket, long drives with nowhere to be, finding gems at Goodwill, and listening to music in the car with the windows rolled down. Oh and the ocean, everything about it.
